EuMAS Alumni Association Launch Weekend
3rd – 4th March 2007
Launch Phase: [*]Preliminary Schedule of[+] the Working Teams
1. Organisation
+ 2 Weeks: Deadline for detailed documents, within the working team (which has been divided into smaller working teams)
+ 1 Month: Preliminary draft document of the organisation of the EuMAS Alumni Association.
2. Promotion
+ 2 Weeks: Un-official presentation for promotions in India complete, logo and name have not been added
+ 3 Weeks: Logo and name selection complete
+ 4 Months: Deadline for all short term goals listed in the working document, including details on all funding needed for promotion activities
3. Events
+ 3 Months: All organisations complete for the next EuMAS meeting at the Paris Air Show in June 2007
4. IT Support
+ 6 Weeks: Launch of the official EuMAS Alumni Association website, to be continuously updated
[*] This phase has been defined to continue until Summer of 2007, therefore approximately four to five months after the launch weekend.
[+]Dates add on from the completion of the EuMAS Alumni Association Launch weekend, i.e. the 6th March 2007.
