Sunrise Commercial Center

This strip mall is proposed for a site that is both north and east of the Hess station at Wading River Road and the Sunrise Highway north service road. 

An application is to be heard by the ZBA on March 18 for reduction of the buffer from 100' to 50'.

The plans below are revised through 2004.  They provide some information, but there liekly are more recent plans which we do not have.
