Flood Industrial Building

A 20,547 sq. ft. industrial building has been proposed for the south side of the Bypass (Frowein Road) on a 2.74 acre lot in an L-1 district opposite the new dance studio and just east of the Center Moriches Paper Company.  It is in the East Moriches School District.  The site has a house on it, but the rear appears to be used for industrial purposes.

A pubic hearing before the Planning Board was held on August 25.  EMPOA raised various issues with the plans.  The Board adjourned the hearing to September 8. 

At the Planning Board's work session on September 3, the applicant submitted revisions to address EMPOA's comments.  The revised plans are below.   

Public hearings usually start at 4 pm and extend into the evening, and this is # 6 on the September 8 agenda.
