- Sept 5, 2018: Start of the Fall 2018 Semester - All members are asked to commit for an entire "Semester" (usually about 8 or 9 sessions). We meet on every other Wednesday evening from 6:30 - 9:30 (at a yoga studio in Palo Alto). There are no drop-ins or visitors - the goal is to create a trusting environment with a known group of people for the duration of a semester. Fall 2018 is 8 sessions: 9/5 9/19 10/3 10/17 10/31 11/14 11/28 12/12.
- Jan 23, 2019: Start of our Spring 2019 Semester, currently forecasted to last 9 sessions (likely dates: 1/23 2/6 2/20 3/6 3/20 4/3 4/17 5/1 5/15 )
