Overview (See attachments below for detailed reading):
At it's core, we are just sitting in a circle having a conversation - however the "norms" of this conversation have been expanded to greatly encourage the exploration of all the internal processes that are alive in each of us all the times. There is a premium placed on sharing and exploring (out loud) all the thoughts, feelings, body sensation, emotions, reactions, judgments, and intentions that may come up as the conversation unfolds (and are usually kept hidden in day to day life). In T-Group, "Answering the question" is not the primary objective - but rather exploring "What comes alive for you as the question is asked?" - Indeed, even "Asking the question" may be secondary to your own exploration of "What is my intention in speaking just now?".
