We pair up and switch off on meeting facilitation, so the agendas can vary significantly. What I describe here are the building blocks the co-facilitators have to choose from. Virtually all of our meetings will contain some flavor of all three of our main vehicles (See sub-pages for details)
- Starting: There is usually some kind of "Arrival Process" that allows people to become fully present. It might involve a check in, silent sit, guided meditation, or perhaps some authentic movement related exercise.
- Authentic Movement: Follow this link for more details. This is primarily a somatic exercise and is performed with or without an observer. Basically you are connecting with what your body feels and how it wants to move.
- Repeating Question: Usually performed in dyads. By being asked a single question over and over, we are given the opportunity to go deeper and deeper. There are a variety of forms, follow link for additional details.
- T-Group: This is a whole-group dialogue process, where we can both interact and explore individual internal process activity (judgments, reactions, thoughts, feelings, emotions, body sensations, etc). Primary focus is on self exploration.
- Closing: There is usually some kind of "Close" that might include a check out or other group activity.
