STUDENT MANAGEMENT
Student Code of Conduct - As a district administrator, responsible for working with assistant principals, directors and superintendent cabinet for designing and proofing the student code of conduct
Attendance Improvement Plan - This was a sample plan that my campus administration put together with all 'hands on deck' to improve our attendance rate.
Developed a drop out recovery program called the "GraAdemy" meaning to graduate students from the Academy non-traditionally. The program served to maintain students in school completing high school credit working around the student work schedule and/or raising a family.
Increased graduation rate via monitoring daily attendance with assistant principals, house secretaries, and truancy officer.
