• Assisted with passing the $176 million bond election to address several district need in Sherman ISD.
• Developed, organized and led the Sherman ISD Citizens Advisory Bond Committee
• Developed and implemented Guardian Program for safety and security of students in the event of an armed intruder or other dangerous situation:
  • Developed the district resolution of Guardian Program HERE
  • Developed the Eligibility Requirements for School Guardians HERE
  • Developed the application process to become a school guardian HERE
• Developed, trained campus administrators in utilizing a Threat Assessment as mandated by Senate Bill 11. Sample of district threat assessment document is HERE
• Supervised and led the Safety and Security department conducting district safety audits.
• Trained and implemented 'zero based' budgeting. Sample budget training spreadsheet HERE
• Developed and revised an Athletic Department budget including developing an equipment/uniform replacement cycle.
• Developed and revised the Fine Arts budget including developing an equipment/uniform replacement cycle.
• Created a systematic Trauma Informed Care training for staff as a result of SB11.
