Welcome to Dr. Jim Coyle's professional portfolio.

I was a Social Worker in Buffalo, New York, USA for 25 years and then a faculty member in the School of Social Work at the University of Windsor in Ontario, Canada for ten years. I retired in July 2016, although I have continued some projects and teach occasional courses.

I am currently building this portfolio so that I can more easily share my ideas, research, and practice suggestions with others.

This photo shows me wearing a necktie that my students gave me during the final class before my retirement. I am honoured by their comments and proud of them.
