The B5085 is a B-Road connecting the A537 in Knutsford to the B5359 in Alderley Edge, via the village of Mobberley. The road runs close to the southern edge of the town of Wilmslow, where there is a junction with the B5086 which leads to the town centre. Most of the route runs through very low density housing, with some sections in completely open countryside.
