12-23-16: Chuck had 3 hour visit from 7:30pm to 10:30pm

12-24-16: Chuck had 8 hours and 30 minute visit: 7am to 3:30pm

12-25-16: Chuck had 10 hours and 30 minute visit: 12:30PM until 10:00 pm - Sara told me on 1/1/17 that Chuck took her alone to play in the hay at his house - and Bernice stayed inside. Same places Chuck molested Melissa Chuck is taking the other two girls.

12-26-16: Chuck had 13 hours 20 minute visit: 8am to 9:20pm Went to Gatewood and to G'ma's. I called Grandma @ 2:44pm and asked her if I could get pick up the girls from 5:00pm today to 2:00pm tomorrow. She said it was ok with her but she needed to consult with Chuck first and would call me back. She called me back and left me this message:

12-27-16: Chuck had 10 hour visit from 12:00 pm to 10:00 PM. Chuck went to see his lawyer in PB. Girls, Chuck & Bernice went to Pocahontas; to Walmart, to eat and back to G'ma's. I called about 7:00 pm to talk to girls. Asked G'ma if she had talked to Siegrid yet. She said no. Then said she had a meeting to talk to someone tomorrow. I asked her if it was Siegrid, she said no. Then I asked if it was the GAL, she said yes.

1-1-17 dropped girls off at Grandma Haynes @ 12:05pm. Grandma said "I can do this". I asked what? She said "I can do this". I assume she is meaning take care of the girls. Chuck arrived at 12:20 and stayed until 10:30 pm according to Mikaela.

1-2-17: First day Mikaela said Chuck did not show up for a visit since the girls arrived at Bernice Haynes house on 12/23/16/ At 11:50am I called to talk to Kathy @ the Doniphan School. 996-3667. I told her anything I could do to make the process easier for Bernice to enroll the girls in school, to just let me know. She said Bernice was sitting right there with the girls and I said, oh, ok. We can talk later, but I mentioned to her that I would like copies of the placement tests they gave the girls. She said that was up to the school counselors. I asked who they would be and for their numbers:

Mikaela's school counselor: Mindy Jackson come back home from Bernie 3667x1105. On 1/2/17, I went to talk to Mindy Jackson about administering a placement test. She was out sick with the stomach flu. I asked to speak with the Principle Dr. Fish. Dr. Fish said he would be happy to give Mikaela a placement test, but that it would have to wait until Mindy arrived back in school, because Mindy is the one who administered the placement test.

Sara's school counselor: Lisa Joplin 2nd Grade 3667x1006 - 1-2-17 @ 2:00 pm, I went to talk to Lisa about administering a placement test. She said she would do that, but what if she placed in Kindergarten? I said well, what if she placed in 3rd grade? And she agreed to do it on 1/3/17 at 9:00 am. I told Bernice Haynes she should have Sara there at the counselor's office at 9:00 am.

1-3-17: Chuck did not go to Bernice Haynes or see the kids. Grandma told Mikaela that someone told her Chuck was seeing the girls too much.

Jasper talked to the GAL and told her that Mikaela wanted to see me so much that she was sneaking out at night. The next thing Mikaela told me is that she overheard Chuck telling Grandma that he bought 4 game cameras. So now she feels even more caged in. Grandma is still overdosing Mikaela with Benydryl.

1-8-17 Chuck was at Bernice Haynes house from 12:00 to 9:00 pm. Chuck's court ordered visit was supposed to be from 1pm to 6pm, three extra hours. If as Bernice has stated the girls need to "settle down" why is he allowed 3 extra hours and me nothing?

1-9-17 Chuck was at Bernice Haynes house from 4:00pm to 7:30 pm [3.5 hours]

1-10-17 I called Bernice Haynes and asked her how things were going. She said "Perfect, could not be better". I asked her if I could pick the girls up after school. She said "NO". I asked her why, she said because the Judge wants them to settle down for a couple of weeks. She said Jennifer and the crew and the Judge. She said "I cannot carry on a conversation with you Cindy". I said ok, have a good day then. And hung up.

Jasper told the GAL that Mikaela was sneaking out to see me and immediately Jennifer contacts Bernice and Chuck hurries out to buy 4 game cameras - Mikaela told me - it scared her and caged her in even more.

12-23-16 first court ordered visit: Chuck was there for 3 hours.

I called Bernice Haynes at 4:45pm on 12-23-16 and asked for a list of what she needed to care for the girls. I told her I would bring them to her house at 5:00 pm and pick them up at 6:00 pm. She said ok.

I then thought - Hey, I don't have a signed court order with any times on it. So I called her back up and asked her if she had a signed court order. She said no, she would have to ask. I said ask who? She said Chuck. I said I needed a signed court order before I left the kids - but in the interest of getting along, I would come up and the kids could see her for an hour and then I would take the kids back until 12pm on Sunday. She said the gate was open. She kept asking what my lawyer said. She said she would call me back. She never did.

I took the girls up to Bernice Haynes house about 5:09pm. Marvin Creelman was there. The girls went in and so did I, asking if she had a signed court order. Marvin Creelman started questioning me, asking what my lawyer said. I never answered his questions, just keep stating I had not seen a signed court order yet. Grandma says she don't know what's going on. I told Grandma I would wait outside until 6:15pm to pick up the girls for my visit - because I had gotten there a little bit late. Chuck calls Bernice on the home phone. He said for her to tell him that I would be contacted at 6:00 pm about the signed court order. I told her that I would wait outside until 6:00pm. Sara ran to hug me and tell me she loved me. Mikaela said I love you. I went out to my truck. I waited till about 5:30pm and a white truck pulled up with a cop in it. It was the new Chief Deputy Charlie Mays. He got out and started wave for me to put the window down. I did not recognize him at first and asked who he was. He said I'm Charlie don't you recognize me. I said, oh, I'm sorry. I could not tell who you were in the dark. He said I have a signed court order here for you. I said oh. I said who called you. He said Siegrid Maness. He said I'm so sorry about all this Cindy. He started to tell me my visit did not start until next week. So Ted Lewinski screwed me out of Sabbath with my girls - I had made a terrible mistake in reading the convoluted order.

I had not been able to prepare my children properly because I had not read the unsigned order right. I told Charlie Mays the Chief Deputy that. He said weekends that fall on a holiday are different. I don't get my visit or something like that. I asked if I could see my girls to tell them bye because they were expecting to go home with me at 6pm. He said he would go ask because it was up to the intervenor if I could or not. So he went and talked to Bernice Haynes. I stayed in my truck. Sara came running out to love on me and say she loved me. She jumped up in the truck and wanted to know when I was coming back to get her. I told her 5pm tomorrow. Mikaela came out bawling her eyes out. Saying I hate him. I told her it was my fault. That I had not read the order right - so I could not prepare her for the situation properly. I said I was so sorry I had not read it right. She said it's not your fault - all of this is his fault. I love you Mom, I don't want to be here but he is forcing me. I'm not going to talk to him. I hate him for what he's done to us and to you. I told her it would be all right. The brand new Chief Deputy Charlie came back out and started to say that he had told Grandma to call me if she needed anything to care for the girls. The girls hugged on me together asking when I was coming back to get them. I told them I would be back at 5pm tomorrow. It started to rain harder, I told the girls that Grandma loved them too and to go back in and be good and mind Grandma, and I would be back to get them tomorrow at 5:00pm. They went back into the house. Charlie said he was sorry about everything going on. We gave each other a hug and I told him to tell his wife hello for me. She used to work for me. I thanked him for his help, and I left.

About 11pm Mikaela came home. She had waited till Chuck left and Grandma went to bed and her phone had charged so she would have a flashlight to run home. She ran down the gravel road all the way home. She said she did not take the short cut because she was afraid Chuck would be there watching our house. She had ran the long way home. She gave me lots of hugs and kisses. Melissa and I and her friends were watching a movie. Mikaela sat by me, leaning into me and hugging me watching the movie with us ntil about 12pm. I told her she should probably go back to Grandma's. I told her I would drive her to Grandma's locked gate. So I did. She got out and squeezed through the gate and I watched her walk up the hill. I had told her to be sure and text me when she got in. She texted me

Mikaela said she overheard Bernice say to either Siegrid, Karen or Chuck that "she expected Sara to be upset not Mikaela".

Bernice gave Mikaela 2 Advil's because Mikaela was staying her room to avoid Chuck and made the excuse that her "head hurt". So she is medicating her for not wanting to see Chuck to avoid him - she is medicating for a excuse of a "headache" to avoid Chuck.

12-24-16 visit: 8 hours and 30 minutes: Chuck arrived very early about from 7am to 3:30pm

Mikaela called me several times on 12-24-16. I asked if she wanted to go to church with me and she said yes. She said I will ask. Grandma said she could go and Sara wanted to go as well. Then Chuck talks to Sara and she changed her mind and did not want to go - so I told Mikaela that she should stay to keep an eye on Sara.

Sunday, Christmas day: 12-25-16 visit - 10 hours and 30 minutes: I dropped the girls off at Grandma's at 12:00pm. Mikaela texted me saying they immediately left for Chuck's house. So from 12:30PM until 10:00 pm at night Chuck was visiting with the girls. Grandma took the girls back to her house and Chuck went up there as well and stayed until 11:00 Pm.

Monday: 12-26-16 visit: 8am to

Jasper:

Sara called me this morning saying that she puked twice this morning and Grandma was making her go to school anyway.

Sara also told me that Grandma would not let her talk to the GAL. That Sara has repeatedly asked to see the GAL and Grandma refuses to let her talk to or go see the GAL.

Sara repeatedly said that she did not want to live at Grandma's that she wants to live with me. That she could not take another day of this.

She said that she did not get enough to eat at school (Bernice has not informed the school that she is a vegan evidently) and I asked Sara if Grandma had packed her a lunch today. While on the phone this morning with me, Sara asks Bernice if she had packed her a lunch.... Bernice said "No, I don't have anything in to pack you a lunch with today". Sara incredulously tells me "Grandma said no, she can't pack me a lunch". Sara said "I guess she don't have peanut butter and bread and a apple!"

Sara said "tell Jasper and the GAL everything" because Grandma won't let me talk to the GAL.

Sara also said her teacher would not let her talk to the school counselor when she has repeatedly asked to talk to the school counselor either.

Sara's teacher's name is "Mary Barnett" and Sara's school counselor is Sara's school counselor: Lisa Joplin 2nd Grade 3667x1006 - 1-2-17 enrolled into the government school. Sara has repeatedly asked to speak to her school counselor and has been denied.

Chuck and Bernice have filed a petition? to remove the girls counselor saying she (Cindy Moses) is biased??? what is the deal? Are they trying to shut my girls up so no one knows how much they hate being at Bernice Haynes house with Chuck controlling her every move?

Sara is begging me to meet her at the bus stop at my driveway. She wants to ask the bus driver to let her off at my stop. She says I don't care if you don't meet me there, I will ask the bus driver to let me off and I can walk home.

She was crying and distraught this morning, saying Mom, I'm sick, I can't go to school! I puked twice this morning and Grandma is forcing me to get on the bus. She said lots of kids are cussing on the bus all the way to school Mom.

She said I hate school and I hate living here, I hate my life Mom. I want to live with you!

Mikaela said she wants to kill herself and overdose with the sleeping pills. She asked me if she could overdose with sleeping pills. I said yes you could honey. She said well there are 3 boxes of them here.. maybe if I die, they will at least let one kid get out of this place and go back home. Then they can blame Bernice because she left pills out for kids to have access to. Mikaela stays in her bedroom constantly. Not a healthy situation.

It is like jail for them both to be where they do not want to be.

I have not got to see the girls for any extra visits since they have been at Bernice Haynes. Chuck has gotten to see the girls nearly every day since they were placed at Bernice Haynes house.

12-18-16 - Bernice Haynes allowed Chuck to take Sara out to the new barn at her place alone to play on and around the hay bales at the same exact location he sexually assaulted Sara's sibling.

Jan 15-20, 2017 Chuck was at Bernice Haynes house everyday after school from 4pm until 9pm to 9:30 pm.

Chuck was at custody exchange at locked gate at the end of Bernice Haynes driveway in his Dad's truck with Bernice Haynes siting in her gold Toyota Rav 4 - saying she was too sick to get out of the car - - Chuck was hollering at her telling her not to get out of the car, and hollering at me to leave, I said I need to talk to her about the medicine I had to go get the girls on Saturday (1-21-17) telling her not to get out of her car - so she got out of the car to talk to me over the green locked gate that Chuck would not open - so with Chuck glaring and hollering - Bernice and I with the girls standing beside me, I showed her the medicines and what they had already had on 1-22-17 and what they still needed to take and continue taking.

On 1-21-17 I had called to speak with Bernice about the medicine she had been prescribed on 1-16-17 for Sara-antibiotics and cough meds- see printout from pharmacy... Since Bernice had not given the meds to me on Friday - when she had refused to give the girls back to me, and because she was late for custody exchange - so late I left to get the Deputy to help me get the girls - I had called Bernice on Saturday morning to get the medicine she had not given me on Friday night for Sara.... Karen Haynes answered the phone and then hung up on me when I told her I needed to talk to Bernice. She said no, I should call Ted Lewensky, the GAL and Jasper. That i could not talk to Bernice. and hung up. I tried to call back twice but no one answered, it just went to voice mail. So I took both girls to Urgent Care - Mikaela was sick and Sara was sick and Bernice Haynes refused to talk to me or provide me with their medicine.

1-26-17 Sara calls me at 6:15am crying and distraught, saying she had just puked twice and Grandma was forcing her to go to school. That she would not let her talk to the GAL. That her teacher at school was not letting her talk to her school counselor. That Grandma said she could not talk to her counselor Cindy Moses. She said she hated it at Grandma's and wanted to be home with me. She wanted me to meet her at the bus stop and she would tell her bus driver to let her off at my house - and if I was not there she would walk home. She said she was not getting enough to eat at school and that Grandma told her - which I heard over the phone - that she did not have anything in to pack her a lunch with in the house!

Bernice also does not give Sara a bath - all last week Sara did not have a bath nor her hair washed. I give them one or two baths a day. Bernice does not like to waste hot water or use much water. Karen Haynes all last week (1-16 to 20, 2017)was getting onto Mikeala for wasting hot water, taking too long a shower and not asking permission to take a shower. Karen Haynes was telling her that she was being disrespectful to Bernice for taking a shower without asking and using too much hot water. This has always been a huge issue with Chuck and Melissa and the girls over the years. Cannot put more than 3 inches of water in the tub or its a waste.

For Bernice Haynes birthday dinner at Grandin Mo at Lil Black Cafe - Randy and Siegrid Maness went to the birthday party there - Karen Haynes was getting onto Mikaela for not singing the WHOLE birthday song to Bernice making her feel bad. Karen said its the least thing you can do is to SING the WHOLE birthday song to your Grandma. I put myself out to come all the way from New Jersey for her birthday and you cant even sing the WHOLE birthday song! She said this under her breath to Mikeala because Randy and Siegrid Maness were sitting there at the table as well. Chuck paid for the whole dinner for everyone using money that Bernice Haynes provided him.
