Bond Violations?

I took this picture of Chuck and Melissa while we were eating at a nice restaurant in Hawaii in Aug of 2008.

Late on Nov 30, 2013, as she was going to bed, Melissa said she needed to talk to me. I said ok, let me get the other kids in bed and we will talk. This was not unusual. We talked many times at night. I would lay by and talk with and pray with all of my children each night. Some more than others as needed. So this was not that unusual of a request.

It was about 10pm or so before I got back to Melissa's bed room after getting the other two youngest girls in bed and asleep and she was getting sleepy. She said, Mom, I'll talk to you in the morning, I'm sleepy now. I said, it's ok, honey, we can talk now, I have time if you want to talk. She said, no, I'll talk to you tomorrow.

So, unbeknownst to me, Chuck and Melissa had left very early in the morning about 5 or so to go cut a load of firewood in Gatewood. I usually would take Subway sandwiches out to them with the other kids and build a bondfire for lunch and have a nice day out on the family farm.

It was not unusal for us to get up early on a weekend so we could get stuff done that we could not get done during the week while working.

But I had slept through Chuck getting out of bed and Melissa and him leaving for Gatewood. Melissa calling me on the phone is what woke me up about 6am Sunday morning on December 1, 2013.

She said, Mom, I wrote you a note. It's in my coveralls pocket hanging in my closet. She had snuck off to call me while Chuck was chain sawing fire wood up for her to load in the bucket of a tractor.

I said, OK, I'll go get it and read it. She said, I'll call you back. Don't call me, I'll call you in a few minutes.

I went to her closet and put my hand in her coveralls pocket and pulled out a note. I went in the other bedroom to read it. I'll have to try to find that note. But it said something like "Mom, I'm gay" - not those exact words.....and on and on...

Melissa called back right when I was reading the note. She said "Well?". I said, well Melissa, we can work with that... I said you know I love you.... she started to get loud "What do you MEAN WORK WITH IT!!!???" I said, well, it says in this note that you are "Gay". She said "NOT THAT NOTE MOM!" IT's in the other pocket! That's one I wrote to throw HIM OFF! I hurried into her bedroom and reached my hand in the OTHER pocket and pulled out ANOTHER note.

This one - said that Chuck was doing bad things to her and that she had not told me because she was knew ALL HELL would break out when she did.

Within 10 minutes of Melissa and me talking, I had kept her on the line, I clicked over and called Sherriff Barnett's cell phone number (which I had because he called me periodically since the time Chuck had broken my nose and both cheek bones under my eyes on May 7, 2011 or so to check on me); the Sheriff was asking me questions and I was flicking over to ask Melissa what he asked me... He then asked me to come in and meet with Deputy Wheetley and we would then come up with a plan to retrieve Melissa from Gatewood. We did. We then went to a forensic interview ON A SUNDAY! and I went to the Sherriff Department to help them and the Missouri Highway Patrol prepare a warrent and help them with details about the best way to arrest Chuck. He was arrested by 4:30 pm that afternoon.

Early on the morning of Sunday Dec 1, 2013.

Chuck's Attorney (Theodore E. Liszewski)- I've heard he does not like this attorney and is going to switch again:

He first hired Danny Moore, but I got him off of the case because he has a conflict of interest. Danny Moore now hates my guts over this huge income he has lost. Danny Moore has told Jasper and Jasper relayed to me what a terrible client I am trying to make Jasper want to ditch me. Danny Moore is a good attorney and I did not want him representing Chuck with the conflict of interest situation. I did not want Chuck to have that good of attorney! I am out to protect my girls from every angle possible.

He then hired Chris Yarbro. It is my understanding that Chris Yarbro quit Chuck after:

Chuck took his Mother's computer to Chris Yarbro, why I don't know
and Chris or someone then found porn on it
then Chris Yarbro took it to the prosecutors office in Poplar Bluff
and then Chris Yarbro promptly quit representing Chuck because of a "conflict of interest" or I am not sure the exact reasons.

Now Chuck has hired Ted Liszewski, but is unhappy with his performance is what I hear through the grapevine. It may be a way to extend the trial even more is my thoughts.

After going over some of my papers yesterday (7-6-16), and listening to a couple of video recordings that I made of Chuck on 5-29-14 - knowing that I had to have PROOF or Chuck would get off scot-free like my last husband in this corrupt system, I recorded my conversations with Chuck while driving in the vehicle to my attorney's meeting after picking up court document copies that proved my sister was unfit to care for children period. I had no idea he would actually admit to this heinous crime, but actually, brag to ME about it! Sickening. He was always trying to throw the blame on someone else to take the focus off of himself.

Not only is he admitting guilt, but you will hear how he talks and treats me. Not that he always treats me this way, but too many times to count. Before I became aware of his actions early on the morning of Dec 1, 2013, we were headed for a divorce any way. I thought he was just trying to turn the kids against me for a divorce, I had no idea he was trying to turn the focus off of himself and his actions with poor sweet Melissa!

Now, what I have come to realize in the last 2 or 3 days is that just using these two videos is PROOF he is violating his bond conditions by attempting to INFLUENCE me to "bury" Melissa, my daughter! He should be picked up RIGHT NOW for bond violations! I've tried and tried to get Chris Miller to have him picked up and he just leaves him loose! WHY?!!! WHY did these officials NOT do something in May or early June of 2014 to REVOKE Chuck's BOND???!!! I gave both of these videos to my attorney on 5/29/14 and filed an Exparte against Chuck, copy here. I also filed a Sheriff's report stating that Chuck was threatening the life of Melissa and several other people.

The Missouri Highway patrol has a copy of both these videos and has transcribed them is my understanding. I think Jasper has a copy of their report.

Melissa told me that she had a picture of Chuck's hand down her shirt holding her breast while she was riding in his truck to Gatewood with him to cut firewood at some point in time. She Snap Chatted this pic to her friend Haley Beale. I promptly made arrangments to get this picture off of Melissa's phone - since I had fled the area to get out of Doniphan because the powers that be let this monster out of jail on Dec 3rd 2013. I did not know what his reaction would be to his being "caught". Sorry or mad. Mad is the answer, but a passive aggressive "mad". You never know when he will fly off the handle or try to hurt us more. I called the Missouri Highway Patrol and since I was in Northern Missouri we all went into the Macon Missouri Highway Patrol on December 19, 2013, since they had the facilities to get this deleted pic off of her phone.

Incident # 130758453: Officer Cory Craig from Kirksville came to meet us at the Macon Missouri Highway Patrol Troop B office. He was able to retrieve the picture of Chuck's hand down Melissa's shirt.

Cindy: Well, I thought you said you loved her?

She knows Martha don’t like Mikaela, don’t like Sara, she’s doing it to get at us. Because she is evil. She’s as evil as the devil himself. You fuckin coddled Martha and and look what the fuck you’re getting. You coddled your Mother, you coddled your Father, you coddled these pieces of garbage, and look, look what are you getting? And you’re coddling the Hogg…you’ll get the same thing from her, and you just don’t get it. Gosh! It’s right there in front of you!

What the fuck would you want that? So she can fuck you some more? She’ll be calling Jeff Johnson on you next. You ain’t, you ain’t smart enough to know it. Well, she already is! She already is, she’s already dropping dimes on you. But no, you sit there and blame Martha. Well it’s not fucking Martha, it’s Hogg!

Chuck: This latest uh, ever since she called Jeff Johnson there and then made these latest accusations – yes – all this is her fault. These last list of allegations are 100% her fault.

Cindy: And the first ones?

Chuck: Not all her fault. But she’s the one that instigated it and I did not say no. Did I start it? No, I did not.

Cindy: Was that just so you could go out there and have her by yourself? Huh? Is it?

Chuck: I wanted the whole family to go to the horse trailer, fucking stupid. God I tell you shit and it just goes in one ear and right out the other. I wanted everybody, but would you go out there? Cindy: What? Reading the Bible.

Chuck: Yeah. Laying in the bed all the time reading the Bible.

That laying in bed all the time reading verse, that ain’t, that’s garbage. Then all the other playing bullshit you do on it. You wouldn’t just read verse. You’d be emailing this freak or that freak. Or farting around with whatever. It wasn’t just reading Bible. But even so, God does not expect you to lay in bed all the time reading the Bible.
