1. I really hope that we all understand that the Appellate Court only reviews the errors from the lower court. Further the Supreme Court only reviews the errors of the Appellate Court. We as Pro Se litigants must understand the formula in order to file our documents. You must indicate what error was made in the lower court to the Appellate Court. Then you must indicate the errors of the Appellate Court to the Supreme Court, not the merits of the case.

2. No one can set you up without a complaint. Once you receive a complaint your best bet is to file a jury demand. Do not go in front of one judge and allow him to make a decision because he has already worked out a deal with the state's attorney your public defender or your attorney. They all are in the same bag. So God is the only one you can trust. If you don't file the proper documents they must deny your case. The Supreme Court never gives a hearing they only evaluate the decision by your documentation.

3. Tim Shilling <joker1213@icloud.com> Agreed but when the lower courts and the superior and Supreme Court deny you no matter what you do you have no choice but to defend yourself anyway you can even if you get denied on the merits or errors of the lower courts.

4. You have to challenge everything they do to the best of your ability.

5. Pro se litigants are technically challenged we don’t have a bar card and they can’t expect us no matter what they say to know as much as a bad actor.

6. So if you don’t challenge them even if it’s not proper procedure they will make claim that you agreed to their nonsense.

7. This is actually the first time I seen the Superior Court following the correct procedures. Because I did this The superior court is going to go after the lower court, this is what I was informed this week. So I am glad that I did this it was denied without prejudice and I am allowed to bring it up whenever I finally get my opportunity in front of three-judge panel.

8. So we can only do the best we can do and keep exposing what the crimes they are committing no matter what. Leaving a paper trail is our only defense. It doesn’t matter how good you think you are they still deny you. I have been denied the right to be heard in the Pennsylvania court system 12 times and it doesn’t matter I will keep fighting.
