Our Medical Strike Team consists of twelve New York State Certified Emergency Medical Technicians.  These Firefighter / EMTs respond and assist Eastern Broome Emergency Services with providing  pre-hospital emergency medical care.

The Deposit Fire Department Water Rescue Team operates two boats and consists of nine Firefighters / E.M.S. Providers who have specialized training to respond to water rescue emergencies.  These Water Rescue Technicians also respond to calls with our regional water rescue team, the Broome County Battalion 1  Water Rescue Team.  

The Deposit Fire Department Foam Task Force consists of Engine 22, Squad 22 and Telesquirt 22.  These three trucks carry a variety of specialized fire extinguishing agents including Class A Foam, Class B Foam, Universal Foam, Monoammonium Phosphate, Sodium Bicarbonate,  Potassium Bicarbonate, Purple K and Carbon Dioxide.
