Mother Nature solves carbon dioxide emission problem by photosynthesis via chlorophyll to produce glucose and oxygen for billions of years. America has the high technology and potential to produce synthetic chlorophyll and design the facility to use sunlight or LED to convert carbon dioxide to glucose.

Glucose can directly used as nutrient or polymerized as sugar, starch, synthetic flour,animal food ingredient or dietary fiber. Carbon Dioxide is supplied free of charge from power plants or major carbon dioxide emission plants globally, sunlight is free. As to the product glucose is a high value product.

Therefore America could take advantage by join the Paris Climate Agreement to compulsorily request almost 200 counties to buy or lease America’s synthetic chlorophyll, patents, equipments and the whole carbon dioxide converting facilities.

This is a huge and profitable business and certainly creates millions of jobs in the meantime to solve the carbon dioxide problem once for all. Moreover there will be no more negative concern to use coal, natural gas or fossil oil as source of energy.

In order to solve global carbon emission problem efficiently that America industry might mobilize and generate more carbon dioxide. As such President Trump may consider rejoining the Paris Climate Agreement again by adds the following clause:

If America can use the said technology to demonstrate 100 or more plants’ carbon dioxide emission problem are under control. The carbon emission quota for USA should not include this part of industry for fixing global carbon emission problem.
