As part of a Court-ordered effort to work with the community, the Onix Group (PIKE CREEK RECREATIONAL SERVICES LLC), owners of the previous Three Little Bakers Golf Course, will be hosting a public information meeting to talk about their potential development plans for that property. The meeting will be held in the auditorium of Dickinson High School on Wednesday, December 6th at 6:00PM. We encourage everyone to attend and share their opinions. Following the meeting comments can also be sent to Jkilpatrick@nccde.org

The following items relating to the Three Little Bakers property have been placed on the New Castle County Planning Board agenda scheduled forTuesday, December 4th at 7:00PM at 67 Reads Way, New Castle, DE 19720.
* Former Three Little Bakers Golf Course as bounded by Skyline Drive, New Linden Hill Road, Pike Creek Road and Mermaid Boulevard. Exploratory Major Land Development Plan, and PLUS Review for Terraces at Pike Creek proposes a 224 unit subdivision (28 single family detached lots, 76 townhouse lots, 24 twin lots and 96 apartments) on parcels 08-036.10-109, 08-036.40-058 and 08-042.40-134. S zoning. Mill Creek Hundred. (App. 2010-0757-S)
* Former Three Little Bakers Golf Course as bounded by Skyline Drive, New Linden Hill Road, Pike Creek Road and Mermaid Boulevard. To Amend Declarations of Restrictions, dated September 10, 1964 and an amendatory agreement to those restrictions dated December 22, 1969 to eliminate the requirements for an 18-hole golf course, increase the amount of open space required for the development to 235 acres, to construct no more than 224 residential dwelling units on parcels 08-036.10-109, 08-036.40-058 and 08-042.40-134 and to permit uses approved by the Department of Land Use and New Castle County Council on the open space set aside for the 18-hole golf course. This application is associated with the land development plan for Terraces at Pike Creek (App. 2010-0757-S) S zoning. Mill Creek Hundred. (App. 2018-0643-D)
