To Attend the 2025 Florida Association of Science Teachers (FAST) Conference

This grant program was created in order to provide DCSTA members with a unique opportunity to experience professional growth by attending a state education science conference. Three $400 grants exist for one elementary school teacher, one middle school teacher and one senior high teacher. Each of these grants are funded in partnership with Dr. Erick M. Hueck, Dr. Gary A. Yoham, Dr. Yvette Greenspan, Mary Tweedy and DCSTA. The grant award is to be used to attend the Florida Association of Science Teachers (FAST) state conference. Grant Application Requirements:
Member of DCSTA
Not a grant recipient in the last four (4) years
Be willing to make arrangements, including conference registration, lodging, professional development leave, transportation, and food to attend the conference.
Be willing to have a follow-up presentation from the conference and present it at your school, along with documentation.
