David J. Polanski's Portfolio

Hello & welcome, my name is David J Polanski and welcome to my portfolio. I graduated from St. Rita high school in 2006 and began my collegiate career at Moraine Valley with a pursuit of becoming a nutritionist. Life doesn't always go the way as planned and I spent my early 20's figuring out what I want to do with my life. I am currently on my way to earning my Bachelor's degree in Special Education at Trinity Christian College. I will be graduating in the Fall of 2020. I worked as a para-educator for six years at a therapeutic day school. Special education means the world to me and I am eager to make an impact on my future students. I have a passion for health and fitness and plan to pursue work with the Special Olympics to correspond with my teaching. I continue to grow more every day, continuously learning more about myself.
