Food

There are several restaurant options for attendees in the vicinity of the conference hotel. Here are a few excellent options you might want to consider for your supper plans.

Milda's is perhaps the best pizza restaurant in Fredericton. Tucked away in the basement of the Charlotte Street Art Centre, Milda's offers wood-fired oven pizzas topped with locally sourced ingredients. Milda's also provides an array of vegan and gluten-free options including soups, salads, and desserts. Their hours can be found on their website, linked above. Note: They are a small venue, so large groups should make a reservation to ensure that there is enough space.

Popularly known for their extensive whiskey and scotch collection, the Lunar Rogue Pub is located within a block from the conference hotel. The Rogue provides a selection of traditional pub fare foods.

Residing in the old York County Court House, directly adjacent to the conference hotel, Isaac's way provides a selection of locally-inspired foods with a strong focus on local products: craft beers, New Brunswick meats, Atlantic seafood, and seasonally farmed vegetables. Gluten-Free options are available for an extra cost.
