"The Scream" Austin Mini style

This is a scanned image of a pen and pencil reproduction of a cartoon featured in an ad that ran in "AutoWeek", as well as other publications, in the late 1970s and at least in to the early 1980s. From this writer's recollection the ad was placed by a firm that specialized in supplying performance related parts for the Austin Mini.

While, by intent, it may appear to be funny seeing our pal the passenger screaming in horror in the above cartoon it wouldn't be at all so if the depicted scene were to be played out in real life. Please drive safely and responsibly !!!
