Cancellation Policy

I require 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.


If you make an appointment and receive a reminder call the day previous 
to the appointment and then do not show, I bill full price for services booked.   
New clients are booked with a credit card to guarantee the appointment 
and will be charged for missed appointments.

I have clients on a wait list for last minute openings.  If I get 24 hours notice
of your need to reschedule, I can usually rebook the appointment.

If you need to reschedule with less than 24 hours notice, I will do everything I can 
to rebook the appointment from my wait list.  If I do rebook, you will not be billed.  
If I cannot book your space, you will be billed in full.
