FINGER-LAKES  (NY) 2018

Completed May 2018, this, 5-day ride started at Ithaca, NY  and covered  the Finger-Lakes region of upstate New York. From Ithaca to Seneca-Falls, Watkins-Glen, Geneva and Bath, back to Ithaca. Along the eastern side of Cayuga lake, down the eastern shore of Seneca Lake, up the Western shore of Seneca Lake and down the eastern shore of Keuka Lake.  At an average daily distance of 50 miles per day,  overnighting in local motels, this was a challenging and  hilly ride at temps of 69F - 85F during the day.  Day one was a rainy day, but days 2-5 were clear.  There were several hills to remember, along the way.  The total elevation climb, for the 5-days was 7,045 feet over the 240 miles ridden.   (Thank you The Bike Rack store in Ithaca) (this ride was done "off the grid" without a smart phone, using paper maps)   for more details, please contact Ben at "CycleBig1@gmail.com"
