Baked Brie with Chutney
A very simple and delicious way to serve brie.
Spread chopped chutney on a wheel of brie and run under the pre-heated broiler for a few minutes. Watch carefully. Keep it brief.
Note: Chutney can be either "mango hot" or "Major Grey's".
These describe the style, not a brand name. The first is very hot so beware. If you are not sure you should use the Major Grey's. It is much milder. The brand I find at the supermarket is Crosse and Blackwell.
Variation:
Brown sugar and chopped pecans instead of chutney.
