Executive Property Maintenance who provides landscaping services to Cobblestone Ridge subdivision have increased the cost of their service by 10%. They have identified higher gas prices as the reason for the increase. Please see following letter from them for more detail.

Dear Cobblestone Ridge Homeowners,
Installation of the Tot Lot will be now carried out in 2023. We still have the commitment from the supplier on pricing and installation cost etc. With rising prices of everything, that is a good news. However, originally installation was planned in May 2022 which later moved to September 2022 and now moving to 2023.

Dear Cobblestone Ridge Homeowners,
We are investing in our future. Tot lot was oringially planned to go through upgrade in the month of April at a total cost of $54,025.70. Due to supply chain issues Tot lot work is delayed now to the month of August. Cost remains the same. We are also planning a summer picnic in the same area as soon as the work is finished for everyone to see all the updates and enjoy.
Following are the few rendering to give you some ideas about what is coming. Please know that some of the existing play structure has fallen apart. Decision was taken to address this safety issue last year.
Objective of this news is to provide you with visibility of what is happening in our neighborhood.
