"Association" shall mean and refer to COBBLESTONE RIDGE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, and its successors and assigns.
"Subdivisions" shall mean and refer to the real property described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof and known as Cobblestone Ridge No. 1 and Cobblestone Ridge No. 2 Subdivisions.
"Lot" shall mean and refer to each lot in the Subdivisions as shown upon the final recorded subdivision plat for each Subdivision.
"Member" shall mean and refer to every person or entity who is a record owner of a fee or undivided fee interest in any Lot which is subject by covenant or record to assessment by the Association, including and contract purchasers. The foregoing is not intended to include persons or entities who hold an interest merely as security for the performance of an obligation.
"Declarant" shall mean and refer to THE SELECTIVE GROUP, INC., a Michigan corporation, and its successors and assigns.
"Declarations" shall mean and refer to the Declarations of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions applicable to the Subdivisions recorded in Liber Page, Wayne County Records, as to Cobblestone Ridge No. 1 Subdivision; and recorded in Liber, Page, Wayne County Records, as to Cobblestone Ridge No. 2 Subdivision.
