Cobblestone Ridge residents pay annual dues of $463.00.  

Cobblestone Ridge residents are assessed dues annually on January 1st.  This fee covers landscaping, utilities, administration, as well as subsidizing some of the social events for our residential community.

In addition, there is typically a snow assessment in the spring to cover the cost from the previous season.

Financial Audit

The Association is required to conduct an annual financial audit. The Association's financial statements are available upon request.  This information is for use by members of our Association and should not be shared with any possible vendors and/or contractors.

Selling Your Home?
