I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist committed to helping people improve their relationships. Working together, clients and I identify areas of concern and plan effective strategies to relieve stress, and increase life satisfaction. I treat clients who struggle with eating disorders, depression, and anxiety, ADHD, and feelings of dissatisfaction with their life. My own experience as the parent of children with special needs has given me important understanding of the experiences of families with special needs children. I have a welcoming office in San Jose, CA and another location in Soquel, CA.
