New protocol

-       In brainstorm, a protocol is analogous to your experiment, in other words, every study should have its own protocol

-       To start a new protocol, click file then new protocol  

-       You should see the following screen

-       Protocol name: Name your protocol as you see fit

-       Default anatomy: If you have anatomical MRI scans for your subjects, select the option corresponding to individual anatomy. If your subjects do not have individual anatomies, select the default option.

-       Default channel file: Select the EEG option. * When using MEG, subject’s head position with respect to channel locations often change between runs. Therefore, an MEG study might have multiple channel files for a single experiment. In EEG, the sensor locations with respect to the head do not change during one experiment, therefore the one channel file per subject is selected

-       Click create
