Adding a subject
You will see an option with your protocol name and (anatomy) next to it. Right click and select New Subject.
Name the subject and keep the default settings (these should match the settings you choose when creating the protocol) and click save.
You should now see your subject name appear in the brainstorm window, below (default anatomy)
Importing subject anatomy
If you do not have MRI anatomical data for your subject, then you can use the default anatomy included with brainstorm. If this is the case, you may skip this step.
Otherwise, right click on the subject you have just created and select import anatomy folder.
You now want to find the subject folder which will be located on the CoreB Imac1 computer under /Volumes/imaginguser/MR_DATA/surfaces. Select the folder corresponding to your subject, make sure File Format is set to FreeSurfer folder and click choose.
