Create a SUMA Directory from FreeSurfer

• 1. Make sure you are in the subjects directory to whom you are creating the suma directory. (cd ./MR_DATA/surfaces/subj_id/)

  2. Run @SUMA_Make_Spec_FS -sid subj_id

  3. Change directory in to the newly created SUMA folder (cd SUMA) 

  4. Create the NoSkull high res

     1. 3dSkullStrip -input subj_id_SurfVol+orig -prefix subj_id_NoSkull_SurfVol+orig

Next Steps

    After creating the SUMA directory, you then create the flatmap.
