My research addresses problems at the intersection of Performing Arts, Computer Graphics, Artifical Intelligence, Multimedia and HCI. I take interests in the topics of virtual camera control and virtual lights control for cinematography and games, by answering the questions how to transpose film techniques into virtual worlds? and how to provide users with smart interactive tools to assist them in creative and technical tasks?

These works find a wide range of applications, such as in the 3D animation, movie previs, or game design industries; but more widely in virtual training applications, or computer-aided design tools.

I regularly publish articles in the first venues of Computer Graphics (ACM SIGGRAPH 2015, ACM TOG 2018, ACM SCA 2010 and 2012, ACM MIG 2015, Smart Graphics 2010 and 2011), Artificial Intelligence (AAAI 2015) and Multimedia (ACM Multimedia 2011).

My classes focus on some basics such as Algorithms and Programming, and on more evolved applications such as Mobile Applications (Java/Android) and Computer Graphics (3D Modelling, Animation, Rendering).

I have been a member of the laboratory board of the IRISA Lab (UMR 6074) during 2 years (2012, 2013).

I have also been in charge of organizing the seminaries of the Media and Interaction scientific department of the IRISA Lab during 2 years (2012, 2013).

I am currently the assistant director of a joint laboratory between Telecom ParisTech and the Allegorithmic company.

Since 2013, I have been involved in a number of program commitees and reviewing commitees for international journals and conferences (e.g. Computers & Graphics, CAD/Graphics, IROS, ICRA, VRST, FDG, AIIDE).
