这次会议(這次會議) zhè cì huìyì 'this conference'. 次 Cì is a measure word.

负责人 fùzérén 'person responsible, head'

很高兴(興)见到你。 Hěn gāoxìng jiàndào nǐ 'Pleased to meet you.'

名片 míngpiàn 'business card'

你的中文说得不错(錯)啊。 Nǐ de Zhōngwén shuō de bù cuò a. "You speak Chinese well. Note that Zhōngwén is before the verb and how the way you do something is preceded by 得 de. 啊 A is exclamatory here.

我还(還)在继续(繼續)学习(學習)。 Wǒ hái zài jìxù xuéxí. 'I'm still continuing to study.'

下次再聊。 Xià cì zài liáo. 'Let's talk about it again later.'

保持联系(聯繫)。 Bǎochí liánxì. 'Let's keep in contact.'

Mr Smith: Hello, Mr Zhang. My name is William Smith, the representative from the UK.

Mr Zhang: Hello, Mr Smith. I’m the head of this conference.

Mr Smith: Pleased to meet you. This is my business card.

Mr Zhang: Thanks. You speak Chinese well.

Mr Smith: Thanks. I am still studying it.

Mr Zhang: Thanks for making a special trip from the UK to attend this conference.

Mr Smith: As a teacher at UCL, I am very happy that I can come to this conference on cultural exchange.

Mr Zhang: What are you doing in the university?

Mr Smith: I’m mainly responsible for liaison with education institutions in other countries.

Mr Zhang: That must keep you very busy.

Mr Smith: I have a lot of business trips. But it’s a good thing to experience the cultures of different countries.

Mr Zhang: I hope you can give some advice on our conference.
