至 zhì is a more formal word for 到 dào 'until'

您需要向工作人员告知您的房间号。Nín xūyào xiàng gōngzuò rényuán gàozhī nín de fángjiānhào. A less formal version would be: 您需要告诉工作人员您的房号。 Nin xūyào gàosu gōngzuò rényuán nin de fánghào. 'You need to tell the staff your room number.'

向 xiàng ‘to’ (formal); 工作人员 gōngzuò rényuán ‘staff’; 告知 gàozhī ‘tell’

wifi密码 mìmǎ ‘code’. You can also use 无线网络 wúxiàn wǎngluò for 'wifi'.

顾(顧)客指南 gùkè zhǐnán ‘guide for guests’

给…打电(電)话 gěi … dǎ diànhuà ‘telephone to …’

谢谢啦 xièxie la. 啦 La (from 了 le + 啊 a) is subtle here; the sentence works without it.

 Mr. Song: Here it is.

 Reception: Thank you. … Hello, Mr. Song, you’re checked in. Your room is 5024. Please turn left and take the lift to the 5th floor.

 Mr. Song: OK, thanks. … Right, what time is breakfast?

 Reception: Breakfast is from 6am to 10am every day. You need to tell the staff your room number.
