Cloud computing is the on-demand availability of computer system resources, especially data storage and computing power, without direct active management by the user. The term is generally used to describe data centers available to many users over the Internet. See more information at https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cloud_computing. I have learned a lot about cloud computing and data center from the video case study. Here is a video of Facebook Data Center, which is one of our three videos in the video case study.  

I am interested in this new technology. I know this technology has been used in many areas, businesses and industries such as bitcoin, banking, and security. I am not familiar with this new technology, but it would be worthwhile learning about the technology itself, its current applications, and its potential for future applications. As an employee in the healthcare industry, I am also interested in a topic of privacy and security in Healthcare IT. For example, electronic health records become more available and have been used in the healthcare industry. However, I don't know if they are stored and managed securely. The following video can give you some basic information regarding this issue.
