Here is the hummus recipe by Carrie (Estelle Thomson's friend). I hope everyone else likes it to.
Ingredients:
2 cups cooked chickpeas
4-6 oz evaporated milk
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp cinnamon
Pulse together all ingredients in a food processor until smooth, about 30 seconds. Scrape down sides & pulse again.
