Thought was given  into how the class environment was set up. Order with no room for clutter and with room for a developing sense of class community was the order of the day.  ELA, Math, Social Studies and Science content  were all designated to separate walls with clear labels. Work was updated monthly or according to assigned units.  

The library featured genres such as Fiction and Nonfiction chapter novels and short stories, History, Health/Wellness, Geography, Fables, Community, Biographies and such.

Lastly, students were provided an open corner area with seating for body breaks, class games or informal class discussions tied into daily concerns, social topics or cool down/focus breaks. All in all, students were set up to more easily find their way around the resources and space they needed during their scheduled classtime.
