Bought this used off a guy on RCU for about $100. It was bone stock except for RPM arms up front and a Kershaw 650 brushed motor. At this point the only original parts left are the rear arms, servo, body mounts, and some of the screws. Extended aluminum chassis and towers are from Racers Edge, Brushless kit is a Novatech Assassin, shocks are new-style stampede with aluminum caps and Integy springs, and the bumpers are T-bones. Hubs and skid plates are from STRC. The tranny was rebuilt in an Integy aluminum case with all metal gears and the half-shafts were replaced with steel CVDs - there is no plastic between the motor and the wheels. Speaking of wheels, they're Proline moabs on RPM revolver rims. The truck is covered by an HPI GT gigante shell originally intended for a Savage XL. This is my go-to basher, both because it's a blast to drive, and because it's the most likely vehicle I have to be in running condition at any given time.
