Pan Cars

$35 shipped!? Why wouldn't I buy it?Maybe because pan cars went out of style 15 years ago and nobody carries parts for them. I have no idea who even made this model, and even if I did, they're almost certainly out of business at this point. The only writing anywhere on the car is "Beast" stenciled on the axle mount. It's missing a little wire that connects one of the front wheels to the servo, as well as a servo mount, one of the body mounts, a body, electronics, and has a busted front bumper. I am not confident I'll ever get this running, and it's not like I have a place to run it even if I did. Wheels are in good shape though and the bearings spin smooth. That counts for something, right?I guess the real question is why, after realizing that it's stupid to buy a pan car that I'll never finish, did I then go and buy a second one? I may have a problem.
