Admission to Candidacy (PhD only)

ADMISSION TO CANDIDACY

The Admission to Candidacy form (for PhD students only) should not be signed or submitted until the PhD candidate has completed the PhD qualifying process. Once completed, this form must be submitted to the Office of Graduate Studies.

This form:

• • Certifies that the student has completed the comprehensive examination process. (Literature Review)

  • Certifies that the student has completed the degree qualification process

*Total number of credit hours required for Applied Chemistry PhD = 72

NOTE: THE ADMISSION TO CANDIDACY FORM MUST BE SUBMITTED AFTER THE DEGREE AUDIT FORM HAS BEEN SUBMITTED
