SHOW CHOIR PAYMENTS
FEES (INCLUDING OUR OVER-NIGHT FEES): $1375.00 + $1725.00 for California trip
2024-2025 PAYMENT DUE DATES:
Membership fees will be collected per the following schedule:
DEPOSIT Thursday, May 23rd $ 275.00
Payment One Monday, July 1st $ 275.00
Payment Two Thursday, August 1st $ 275.00
Payment Three Sunday, September 1st $ 275.00
Payment Four Tuesday, October 1st $ 275.00
TOTAL DUE: $1375.00
California Competition Trip
This will be paid on a different installment plan through Bob Rodgers Travel. More information to follow.
PAYMENT DIRECTIONS:
All show choir membership fees MUST be paid online via QuickBooks Invoice.
You can pay using a Credit Card, Apple Pay, OR Band Account.
PAYMENT POLICIES:
On the FIRST of each month your payment will be due (deposit due date is the exception). You will receive an emailed invoice via QuickBooks on the 30th of each moth with your balance due. All Payments MUST be made through this invoice less the initial deposit.
If the amount due is not received by the FIFTH of the month, we will contact you to make arrangements for payment of the outstanding balance due and a $10 late fee will be assessed to your account.
THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS OF ANY FEE PAYMENTS MADE if at any time your student is removed from the program. If your child is removed from the program by you/the director/administration for any reason, the ENTIRETY of the fee is still owed. If you have an overpayment or credit on the account, it can be applied to future years/additional expenses/current sibling.
Fundraising proceeds may take up to three weeks to be processed and disbursed to student accounts; please pay the amount due each month. Any fundraising proceeds not yet applied to your account by the due date of the current month will be deducted from the following month’s payment OR applied to the California Trip once show choir fees are paid in full.
A NOTE ABOUT PAYMENT OF SHOW CHOIR FEES:
It is understandable that this fee amount may present challenges for some families. If you need to make a temporary or permanent adjustment to your payment schedule at any point in the year, please contact Ms. Morris. All payment arrangements are confidential between the Director and Booster Treasurer.
We offer financial aid for students who need assistance with their CHS show choir membership expenses. We are fortunate to have the support of many individuals and community organizations which generously fund our scholarship account each year. Please contact Ms. Morris if you would like further information about obtaining scholarship funds. Again, financial aid applications and award amounts are confidential and are only seen by Ms. Morris.
