To ensure program stability, all members must have a credit card or bank account on file via Wave for automated withdrawals. Please note that all payments are non-refundable, even if a student is removed from or leaves the program.
Note: Students participating in BOTH Drifters and Sandpipers will have an additional $500 fee due May 15th.

We offer two types of fundraisers to support both individual student accounts and the long-term health of our program.
Individual "Direct Credit" Fundraisers (Proceeds reduce your student fees)
DoubleGood Popcorn (May 2026): 50% of sales
OnlineDonations (August 2026): 90% of sales
Fall Event Night (Date & Type TBD): TBD
General Program Fundraisers (Proceeds benefit the entire organization, scholarships, equipment, etc)

We believe that talent and dedication should be the only requirements for participation. We never want financial barriers to stand in the way of a student joining our program.
Income-Based Assistance: A limited amount of financial aid is available for families who qualify based on income level. Please contact Kristin Morris (kristin.morris@chestertonchoirs.org) to request the confidential assistance paperwork.
Alternative Payment Plans: If you do not qualify for formal financial assistance but need a more flexible schedule than the options listed above, please contact the Treasurer to discuss a custom arrangement that works for your family.

Your diligence in making timely payments ensures our directors can focus entirely on the students and the music.
