Membership fees will be collected per the following schedules:

PAYMENT OPTION A:

One Payment May 22nd $ 1400.00 

($200 can be raised via Fundraisers OR paid in Full before October 1st)

TOTAL DUE: $1600.00

PAYMENT OPTION B:

Payment One           May 22nd $ 500.00 

Payment Two         July 1st $ 500.00 

Payment Three     September 1st $ 500.00 

Payment Four   October 1st $ 200.00 

TOTAL DUE: $1700.00

PAYMENT OPTION C:

Payment One May 22nd $ 300.00 

Payment Two   July 1st $ 300.00  

Payment Three August 1st $ 400.00 

Payment Four September 1st $ 400.00 

Payment Five October 1st $ 400.00 

TOTAL DUE: $1800.00

PAYMENT DIRECTIONS:

All show choir membership fees MUST be paid online via QuickBooks Invoice. 

You can pay using a Credit Card or Band Account.

PAYMENT POLICIES: 

• On the FIRST of each month your payment will be due (deposit due date is the exception). It is expected that all members have a Credit Card/Bank Account on file in Quickbooks for auto-withdrawal of funds on the due dates listed below, based on the payment plan selected (with the exception of Plan A AND the Due Date Payment). You can set this up with our Exec. Board at the meeting on 5/22.

• All fundraising credits will be applied as soon as possible to your fee accounts.

• All DEPOSIT payments need to be paid by check (Chesterton Choral Boosters) or cash on or before the New Season meeting Thursday, May 22nd. The remaining payments will be auto-paid via Quickbooks. You will receive copies of your invoices via email.

• THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS OF ANY FEE PAYMENTS MADE if at any time your student is removed from the program. If your child is removed from the program by you/the director/administration for any reason, the ENTIRETY of the fee is still owed. If you have an overpayment or credit on the account, it can be applied to future years/additional expenses/current sibling. 

A NOTE ABOUT PAYMENT OF SHOW CHOIR FEES: 

It is understandable that this fee amount may present challenges for some families. If you need to make a temporary or permanent adjustment to your payment schedule at any point in the year, please contact Ms. Morris. All payment arrangements are confidential between the Director and Booster Treasurer. 

We offer financial aid for students who need assistance with their CHS show choir membership expenses. We are fortunate to have the support of many individuals and community organizations which generously fund our scholarship account each year. Please contact Ms. Morris if you would like further information about obtaining scholarship funds. Again, financial aid applications and award amounts are confidential and are only seen by Ms. Morris.
