Técnica ingeniosa en la que se engaña a un servidor DNS para hacerle creer que ha recibido información auténtica, cuando en realidad, se le ha engañado, de manera que el servidor DNS da respuestas incorrectas que proporcionan direcciones IP de la elección del atacante, en lugar de las direcciones reales.
