Appeal by 32 Church Avenue

Post date: Nov 03, 2013 10:20:15 AM

ou may be aware that the application for 32 Church Avenue to have a separate dwelling build in the garden (ie the protected woods) was refused by LBB but has now gone to the inspectorate for a second time.

Please PLEASE write opposing this inappropriate building. If we don't keep up the pressure, there is a chance that this will be allowed. The deadline is tight - you have until 5 November (this Tuesday!) to send in objections.

These main objections are:

1) The proposal, by reason if its size and siting, would constitute an inappropriate form of backland development within a protected woodland, thereby contrary to tPolicies BE1, H7 and NE7 of the Unitary Development plan.

2) The proposed development does not provide adequate servicing of the site by all vehicles including service and emergency vehicles, contrary to Policy T17 of the Unitary Development Plan.

The details to write to are:

Proposal: APP/G5180/A/13/2204226 by 5 November

Letter (3 copies): The Inspector, c/o The Planning Inspectorate, Room 319, Eagle Wing, Temple Quay House, 2 The Square, Temple Quay, Bristol, BS1 6PN.
