SPONSOR / VENDOR INFORMATION 2026 -- PLEASE READ THIS INFORMATION FIRST. Then download and fill out the application below.

Cedar Valley Vigilantes feel Sponsors and Vendors are an integral part of the shoot and add to the overall atmosphere for the shooters.  We appreciate your participation to Gunsmoke

GENERAL INFORMATION:

·        Confirmation will be sent after Application is received

·        CVV/Gunsmoke reserves right to refuse any application

SPONSOR INFORMATION:

Gunsmoke has several levels of sponsorship available.  Sponsorship levels may be limited by kind and are reserved by submitting the Sponsor/Vendor Application.

MAIN MATCH SPONSOR LEVEL 1

·         Your company provides $1000 or more in any combination of cash, merchandise or gift certificates *

·         Your company receives following:

o   Full Page Ad in Shooter Handbook ** You must provide logo or ad.

o   Listed on Cedar Valley Vigilantes Website until 9/1/2027.

o   2 Match Shooter Entries including 2 Friday Night Meals, 2 Saturday Night Banquet Tickets good for Gunsmoke 2026 only

(You must submit two shooter applications indicating Main Match Sponsor).

PRESENTING SPONSOR LEVEL 2

·         Your company provides $500 to $999 in any combination of cash, merchandise or gift certificates*

·         Your company receives following:

o   One Half page Ad in Shooter Handbook ** You provide logo or ad.

o   Listed on Cedar Valley Vigilantes Website until 9/1/2027.

o   2 Match Shooter Entries {Meal must be purchased separately) good for Gunsmoke 2026 only 

(You must submit two shooter applications indicating Presenting Sponsor Level 2).

PRESENTING SPONSOR LEVEL 3

·         Your company provides $250 to $499 in any combination of cash, merchandise or gift certificates *

·         Your company receives following:

o   One Fourth Page Ad in Shooter Handbook ** You provide Logo or ad.

o   Listed on Cedar Valley Vigilantes website until 9/1/2026.

o   1 Match Shooter Entry (Meals must be purchased separately) good for Gunsmoke 2026 only).

(You must submit a shooter application indicating Presenting Sponsor Level 3).

STAGE SPONSOR LEVEL 4

·         Your company provides at least $200 in any combination of cash, merchandise or gift certificates

·         Your company will receive:

o   Your Logo on the range at the stage you request. First come, first pick.

o   Acknowledgement in the Shooter Handbook.

o   Listed on Cedar Valley Vigilantes website as sponsor until 9/1/2027.

o   No match entry or meals are included at this level.

GENERAL SPONSORSHIP INFORMATION:

·         Gift certificates must be redeemable at the match, through a website or by phone.

·         If you plan to shoot the match, attend the Friday night meal or Saturday night Banquet you must submit appropriate applications to assure your reservations.

·         Meal tickets for Friday and Saturday night must be reserved by September 1, 2026.

·         DEADLINE for Shooter Handbook is August 1, 2026.

·         All Venders and Sponsors may place your companies catalog or flyer in the shooter packet.  Your must provide us with them by September 1, 2026

·         All donations of cash, merchandise or gift certificates must be received by August 15, 2026. Send to: address listed above

VENDOR INFORMATION:

·         Vendors are responsible for own insurance.

·         All Food Vendors must have Insurance and appropriate Health Department Certificates.

·         Vendors may start setting up Monday, September 14, 2026.

·         Vendors MUST be set up by Thursday, September 17th 8:00 am.

·         Vendor Parking Provided.  Please keep Vendor Row walkway clear.

·         All Vendors must check in with Itasca Dave or Riverboat Red at 612-384-9115 on arrival for vender location.

·         All Vendors must be out of space by 11:00 am on Sunday September 20, 2026 (Trap Club Opens).

·         No Power available.   Vendor must provide own generator.

·         If Application is received by August 1, 2026 Vendor will be listed in shooter handbook.

·         ALL DONATED ITEMS AND SHOOTER PACKET INSERT LITERATURE MUST BE RECEIVED BY SEPTEMBER 1, 2026.  Send to the address listed above.

ALL SPONSORS / VENDORS:

·         All pets must be on leash and cleaned up after.

·         CVV/GUNSMOKE/AHLMAN’S GUNSHOP does not assume any liability for lost, stolen or damaged property.
