GUNSMOKE is very proud to be recognized as one of the best Matches in the Cowboy  Shooting Universe. The match is hosted, and organized by the Cedar Valley Vigilantes, in Morristown MN. Gunsmoke has always been famous throughout the country as a very fun, big and close match. While the match itself is always a blast, the other on-site venues provide outstanding entertainment. There is always something going on everyday, and all of it is on-site. Wild Bunch Match, and  Speed Side Matches, Warm up Match, and an award winning Main Match.

Thursday night there is a pot-luck meet and great, and Friday night is taco night. And of course, Saturday night we hold our world famous awards banquet/show. So gear up for four days of shooting, partying, and all-around cowboy fun...we promise you'll have a fantastic time.

PLEASE TAKE NOTE OF THE FOLLOWING

• SASS rules apply that aren't superseded by MN law, with only one local club safety restrictions. See the 3rd point.

• Please print out the application and fill it in completely. The app can be filled out on your computer and printed. One application per shooter please. All applications must be mailed in with their payment.

• Any bullet over the berm constitutes a MATCH DISQUALIFICATION.

• Scoring will be by Time.

• We will also be using the CAS scoring program.

• The round count for the main match will be APPROXIMATELY 120 rifle, 120 pistol, and 75 shotgun

• Side matches will include speed rifle, speed pistol, speed shotgun, pocket pistol/derringer, and whatever else we can dream up. Round count for the side matches will be however much you can haul in your vehicle. 

GUNSMOKE will be held rain or shine.  Advance entry required.  Entries must be received on or before the Tuesday following Labor Day.  Refund requests must also be received on or before the Tuesday following Labor Day and all refund requests are subject to a $25 processing fee.  MANDATORY SHOOTERS MEETING 9:15 A.M. Friday.  Shooters packets must be picked up before shooters meeting.
