Registration is mandatory for all participants, whether presenting or attending, and must be completed by November 15, 2026.

• To register, please fill and submit the following form as soon as possible before the registration deadline.

• Please note that the registration form does not include accommodation booking. Participants are responsible for arranging their own accommodation, travel and social insurance.

• Once you have completed the registration form, you will receive a confirmation of acceptance. The registration fee can then be paid by credit card through the bank account of the DATASCIENCE-ECONOMETRIC-FUNCTIONAL-DATA-ANALYSIS-AFRICA Association, a partner of the conference organizers, using the following payment link:

• The registration fees apply per paper, and at least one author of each accepted paper should register in order to have the presentation title included in the scientific program. Accompanying persons are also welcome to attend and enjoy the facilities provided at the event. The registration fee for accompanying person is set at 100 euros. 

• Receipts will be issued on request and be provided on the conference registration day.

• Registration Cancellation Policy: 50% of the registration fee will be charged to all registered participants who withdraw prior to the deadline (November 15, 2026). No refunds are available on or after that date.
