Diigo E-Learning for Educators

Diigo, a social bookmarking site, is a wonderful resource for annotating, bookmarking, and forming groups that share interesting web pages.  One group that is especially helpful to me as an educator is the group, E-Learning for Educators. 

My personal Diigo page identifies websites that I find relevant for my individual use.   

Learning about Diigo was truly the gift that goes on giving from the course.  I am busy with the assigned readings and reflections and discussion forums and creating when taking classes, and yet that is the richest time to glean exciting things to read, via the instructors and the other students.  It is incredibly helpful to have a place that I can store website information and return to it for reading at a later date (even with my iPad!) The ability to place tags on each website also makes it much easier to re-find the information when I want to check my memory of an idea or a fact.
