2012 - 13 Calendar

(No lessons on shaded days.  Boxed weeks indicate class lessons

October 5 – Multiple Piano Festival audition registration forms are due to me ($10 per student).

            If your child is planning to audition, you may wish to include this fee with your tuition check.

October 25 or 26 (you choose) – Halloween Recitals.  Families are invited.

November 3 – Multiple Piano Festival auditions.

November 17 at 7:00 p.m. – Multiple Piano Festival at Vance Brand Auditorium in Longmont.

November 27 - 29  – Thanksgiving break.  (Monday students will have lessons because they missed on Labor Day.)

December 20 and 21 (you choose) – Holiday Recital/Sing-A-longs.  Families are invited.

December 24-January 4 – Winter break.

March ? – National Federation of Music Clubs District Festival.

March 15 – “Formal” Recitals (tentative).  Families are invited.

March 25 - 29 – Spring break.

April ? – National Federation of Music Clubs State Festival.

May 13 - 17 – Class Recital/Award Ceremonies instead of Class Lessons.  Families are invited.

June 5-8 – Colorado State Music Teachers Conference.

May 28-July 25 – Summer Session.  Students will have the option of attending eight 1-hour classes or four 45-minute private lessons. 

(Adult and high school students may prefer four 2-hour classes or three 1-hour private lessons.)
