Exercise is an activity that requires physical or mental exertion, especially when performed to develop or maintain fitness. Exercise and its effects vary among individuals depending on their health, age and even gender. I do exercise I like, I know I will stay with it and achieve a better fitness level. If you ride a bike to school everyday, your body becomes conditioned to that bike ride. So I use different workouts with different exercises to keep my body from becoming over conditioned to one exercise. Using weights, you can pull back your weight and go for endurance workouts. Longer reps/sets with less weight. There are many methods to switching up your workouts to keep it interesting and your body burning more calories. State of mind is as important as the exercise you choose. Getting into it is key. If you enjoy it you will stick with it. Make sure you understand how to exercise and what you are trying to accomplish with each exercise. Stay motivated! Physical Exercise
