My motivation is dance. My cardio and weight training is what keeps me fit. Working on a 14 acre sheep farm year round keeps me active and is demanding on my body. Weight lifting is a plus since most of my farm chores require a lot of strength. Shearing wool sheep was a great workout for my body. We have hair sheep now so shearing is no longer required. Dancing is a huge motivation for staying in shape. It takes a lot of stamina and flexibility to dance. Keeping a strong mind and body, I'm only as old as I feel.
It's 2018 and I'm 65 years old this year. I'm happy to say I'm still lifting, dancing and able to work out with plenty of motivation.
