SHINE Overview
SHINE creates a complete integrated patient record on the Internet in real-time and takes input simultaneous from any variety of clinical care providers (clerks, nurses, doctors, techs, etc.).
Role-based security assures limited access to "need to know, need to see" and HIPAA compliant security provides digital signatures, 128 bit encryption, SSL, secure logon and auditing features. Medical data can be immediately displayed by chart division (diagnosis, allergy, med, etc.) and drilled down to the actual coded detail.
Patient visit reports with charges and patient health summaries are immediately ready and always up-to-date.
SHINE Features include a wide variety of special data capture forms (vital signs, PFSH, ROS, Prevention, Immunizations, Hearing, Vision, Scoliosis, and Dental).
CareSmart iCARE Form Tools, custom forms can easily be added for special applications such as CRO Adverse Drug Reports or Drug Administration Schedules.
